Holy (+2): 2d6 damage against all of the evil alignment. The weapon is good-aligned and thus bypasses the corresponding damage reduction.
Ghost Touch (+1): The weapon deals damage normally against incorporal creatures, thus negating their 50% miss change.
Aberration Bane (+1): + 2 to attack and damage rolls and + 2d6 damage against Aberrations.
Undead Bane (+1): + 2 to attack and damage rolls and + 2d6 damage against Undead.
Evil Outsider Bane (+1): + 2 to attack and damage rolls and + 2d6 damage against Evil Outsiders.
